Since 2018, Hillary has served as a General Manager for Chick-fil-a, while Grant has served as a Superintendent for both residential and commercial construction companies. The time spent dedicated to these roles highlighted how difficult it can be to find a reliable 3rd party service that achieves quality results. This realization inspired the couple to pursue their own small business. 

Their combined experience in project management and customer satisfaction gives them both an understanding of what owners need from a 3rd party vendor and the competency to deliver quality results.
